The scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” is published using the resources of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine, author(s), sponsors, and charitable contributions. The publication fee is determined according to the budget and approved by the Rector of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine based on the decision of the Academic Council.

Publication Costs

• Standard Publication (up to 12 pages inclusive): 1,300 UAH.
• Additional Pages: 80 UAH per extra page.

Discount Categories (for articles up to 12 pages)

Specific categories of authors are eligible for the following discounted rates:

• Authors holding a Doctor of Sciences degree: 50% discount (650 UAH).
• Academic and research staff of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine: 40% discount (780 UAH).
• PhD students (Third cycle of higher education) at the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine (self-funded/legal entity-funded): 25% discount (975 UAH).
• PhD students (Third cycle of higher education) at the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine (state-funded): 100% discount (Free of charge).

Authors are notified of the payment amount and deadline only after the article has received a positive peer review and completed the editing process. Authors must make a prepayment to the settlement account of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine, explicitly marking the transaction “for article publication”. A copy of the payment document must be sent to the editorial board of the journal.
