The editorial and publishing ethics of the scientific journal “Scientific Bulletin of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” is based on the recognition of universal moral norms shared by various social groups, applied in the scientific and editorial process to ensure ethical standards in regulating relations between the main participants of this process – the author(s), the Editorial Board of the scientific journal “Scientific Bulletin of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” and the reviewers.
Articles are not admitted for publication if:
– they do not meet formatting requirements;
– authors refuse technical revision of the article, do not respond to a reviewer’s comments, or do not provide a reasonable response to them;
– the publication fee has not been paid.
Rejected articles, after revision by the authors, may be resubmitted to the Editorial Board of the scientific journal “Scientific Bulletin of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” and are considered in accordance with the general procedure.
The scientific journal “Scientific Bulletin of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” practices an Open Access policy to published content, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for general social progress.
