the name of the data set;
the DOI of the data set, if assigned;
the conditions of access to the data.
If a separate data set is missing or open access to it is impossible due to legal, ethical, or other justified reasons, the author must briefly state this during the submission of the article manuscript.
The Editorial Board of the scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” verifies the information about the research data submitted by the author during the review of the material and, if necessary, may ask the author to clarify the details about the repository, the DOI of the data set, or the conditions of access to it. In the case of publication of the article, the DOI of the corresponding data set, if any, is indicated in the metadata of the article.
The website of the scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” may separately indicate the number of FAIR data sets associated with published articles and placed by authors in institutional, national, and/or international research data repositories.
