The scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law “ is published with funding from the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine, authors, sponsors, and charitable contributions.

The publication cost is determined in accordance with the budget and approved by the Rector’s order, based on the Academic Council’s decision.

Sole-authored publications by full-time doctoral students (third educational-scientific level, PhD candidates) of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine studying on the state-funded budget are exempt from any publication fees.
