Матеріали analyzes features of international legal regulation susuring the right to protection from poverty. Суспільство свідчить про важливість policies of individual states, як добре, як відповідні позиції на міжнародному рівні, які повинні бути збалансовані і сприяти соціальної та економічної integration citizens of country living in poverty, protection of human rights and fundamental profights. Головні міжнародні законотворчі акти, які є основними джерелами міжнародного правового регулювання, що захищають право на захист від повір’я, є analyzed.

Це не помічено, що всі країни pursuing за вірогідністю зменшення policy, застосовуючи ті самі принципи для встановлення мінімального рівня живлення, визначеного в ILO Conventions No. 117 “On the Basic Objectives and Standards of Social Policy” of 1962 and UN Convention No. 82 “On Social Policy in Non-Metropolitan Territories” of 2012. У додатку, нові загальні економічні та геополітичні становища створюють les favorables conditions for high-quality development of investment cooperation between countries, however, along with this, new oportunites. Важливість ILO використання двох систем мінімальних соціальних стандартів є сприятливою: “мінімальна соціальна захист заходів” для повноцінних країн та “socially aceptable”, які існують згідно з ILO Конвенцією No. 102 of 1952. Важливість UN позицій на довжелезній повісті і поваги в цілому є високою. Базовані на аналізіях наукових положень погляду та влади, автори припускають, що право на захист від повір’я є досконалою частиною системи міжнародно reconcogted human rights, в particular socio-economic rights.
