The journal ensures long-term preservation and unrestricted access to all published materials in open access. Archiving is an integral part of the journal’s sustainability policy and guarantees the preservation of scientific results for future generations of researchers.
All electronic versions of the journal are stored on the official journal website with free access via the website of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine (https://pau.edu.ua/).
For long-term preservation, copies of the issues are deposited in:
- the repository of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine Repository (https://dspace.pau.edu.ua/home/),
- the I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (www.irbis-nbuv.gov.ua/).
Each article is assigned a unique DOI identifier, ensuring a permanent link.
Archive files of the journal are stored in multiple formats (PDF/A for long-term preservation, HTML for web access).
The journal adheres to an Open Access policy: all articles are freely available without restrictions on time or number of downloads.
In the event of the journal ceasing publication, all archived materials will remain openly accessible through institutional and international repositories.
The journal guarantees that metadata and full texts of articles will be indexed in leading bibliographic databases and open access aggregators.
