Матеріали екземелів і характеристик загальної соціальної міри для запобігання corruption offenses у criminal-executive system of Ukraine, опираючись на analysis of the current state of legislation and statistical data, розглядаються з допомогою їх socio-economic, cultural-educational, і political-legal dimensions.

Це встановлюється, що корупція offenses є деструктивною в природі і спричиняє інші типи offenses, в особливе незаконне відшкодування заборонених пунктів до місць позбавлення волі, формування та replenishment of criminal budgets організовані кримінальні групи, як means of obtaining undue benefits by.

Emphasis є placed on fact that the spread of corruption negatively affects of effectiveness of criminal-executive system of Ukraine, contributes to raste penitentiary crime, undermines its reputation, and reduces public trust in its activities. Social danger of corruption offenses lies in fact that they are committed officials who bear, first and foremost, the duty to ensure compliance with the law.

Це сформульовано, що загальні соціальні заходи для того, щоб запобігти корумпації-пов’язаних offenses у penitentiary system are manifested в socio-economic, cultural-educational, і political-legal aspects і є поєднані з сприятливою роботою (service) і останніх умов для особистих робіт discipline, як добре, як інші позитивні зміни у функціонуванні системи як цілодобово.
